The dispatcher adds the detail of loads to the system like Pickup, drop-off, load details, client details, etc to check the route, delivery sequence, and available vehicles nearby.

How load assigned to a vehicle?
On the above load details, our system shows all vehicles available nearby the pickup location has no current load. Users can select available vehicles manually or the system assigns automatically available vehicle

How driver knows about load?
The driver receives an alert on their app with load information and can accept or reject within a few seconds and the system continues to find available drivers until the order is accepted by an available driver.
How dispatcher know delivery status?
Driver updates the status of the delivery by using their cellphone app and it automatically updates the status on the dispatcher side. Admin, Client, and dispatcher get real-time updates about delivery status.
Will you get delivery proof?
When the driver set status to delivered, the driver app asks for some details like finishing km, and chargeable expenses like toll, parking fee, etc so the dispatcher knows what extra charges to charge the client. and upon submitting details driver needs to click a picture of delivery proof pictures and the dispatcher can check so on our system
How to bill clients for the order?
once the delivery status is set to delivered, Dispatcher can create an invoice with just 1 click. And all chargeable expenses automatically show in the invoice and the dispatcher can change any amount or details if wants.
